Project reservations and payment
A project start date is reserved only after the payment and signed agreement required for that service have been received. The proposal or agreement will state the payment schedule and project scope.
Production timing
Quick Launch production begins only after payment, the completed questionnaire, all copy and business information, photographs and brand materials, and required account access have been received. The published three- or seven-business-day timeline is for delivery of the first complete website preview. Revisions, client approval time, domain propagation and third-party delays are not included in that initial production period.
Scope and revisions
The selected package, proposal or agreement defines included pages, features and revision rounds. Work outside that scope requires written approval and may involve an additional fee.
Third-party costs
Domains, platform subscriptions, business email, paid applications, licensed assets and advanced usage are separate from Foxsy's project fee unless specifically listed. Third-party pricing may change. No surprise Foxsy fees. Any optional third-party cost will be explained and approved before purchase.
Project-specific terms
Ownership, cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, account responsibility and any additional conditions will be stated in the signed project agreement.
